Romans 10:21 presents a sublime portrait of God’s outstretched hands to obstinate people. Paul contends that the majority of Israelites in his day rejected the divine overture of grace, because of inexcusable rebellion. Yet, shockingly, God continues to invite sinners to Himself in mercy and grace. The hands of the Lord are still outstretched to us today.
