The sounding of the seventh trumpet excites a fresh round of worship from the twenty-four elders in heaven. They give thanks to God, the Creator, Consummator, and Covenant Lord. The praise of these heavenly begins directs our praise of God on earth and anticipates the praise we will offer to God in the new heaven and earth.
